Physical Ability Testing is performed by our staff after a conditional offer of employment or as a fit-for-duty test after an absence from work for a period of time.
Tests meet EEOC and ADA guidelines by using only job-specific standards to test the essential functions of a job.
Our objective is to make sure employers hire candidates who are physically capable of performing the job, therefore decreasing injuries and reducing workers’ compensation costs.
